Pottsville is a nine-hole public course on a hillside outside the town. Golfers describe it as mostly par 3s with one par 4 where a driver can come out, so par and length are not stated in our sources. Reviewers call it much more than a pitch and putt: the fairways are narrow and undulating, the holes interweave, and the greens slope, so distance control matters. The views, sea breeze and shade come up often.
Because it is hilly, several golfers recommend hiring a cart, and a few noted that carts can slip in the wet. Booking isn't needed for walkers, but the club recommends booking a cart and requires groups of seven or more to book. Rental clubs and pull buggies are available.
