Full-length 18 holes
  • A par-71 layout of 6,043 m.
  • At 6,043 m it's about the typical length for an 18-hole course on the Gold Coast.
  • Rated 4.3 on Google, about the typical 4.4 for courses on the Gold Coast.
  • One of the most-reviewed courses on the Gold Coast (1,561 Google reviews), so it sees plenty of play.

Parkwood Village is a multi-use venue on Napper Road at Parkwood, in the central Gold Coast. The centrepiece for golfers is an 18-hole course, listed on the club's site as par 71 and 6,043 metres, with tree-lined fairways and waterways, and open to the public through an online booking calendar. Around it are a mini golf course, Full Swing golf simulators, restaurants and bars, gaming, and function rooms, so a lot of the Google reviews are about weddings, dining and family outings rather than the course. Golfers who do review the course are mixed. One describes it as exquisite, while a recent reviewer says the ground has felt soft like a waterbed over the last couple of years and calls for better drainage, adding that older golfers have slipped on persistently wet turf. Families rate the mini golf and simulators highly, and say the food is good. A development approval for a major upgrade of the golf course as part of a larger golf and surf precinct was reported in December 2023, so the layout and fees may change. Green fees were not published on the pages checked, so confirm the price when booking. It suits casual and social golfers, families who want to mix a round with other activities, and groups planning an event. Conditions after rain are worth asking about before you go.
